User Data Deletion Instructions
1. Overview
At MedEase, you maintain control over your digital footprint. This guide provides clear instructions on how you can request the permanent removal of your account and associated operational data, in compliance with standard platform guidelines including Google Console and Facebook OAuth.
Organizational Management Notice: Accounts are managed by the parent Organization. Only the Organization Owner has the authority to permanently delete all organizational data. If you are a staff member (or standard user) of an organization, you can request to delete your personal account and data; however, this request will be sent to your Organization Owner for approval before processing.
2. The Process
You can initiate an account deletion request using one of the following two methods:
Method A: Self-Service (In-App)
- Log in to your account at medease.app.
- Navigate to the Settings panel from your dashboard sidebar.
- Select the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the red "Request Account Deletion" button. Follow the on-screen confirmation prompts.
Method B: Manual Request via Support
If you have lost access to the application or prefer manual assistance, you may request deletion via email:
- Send an email from your registered MedEase email address.
- To: support@aztreya.com
- Subject Line MUST be: "MedEase Data Deletion Request - [Organization Name]"
- In the body, clearly state your intent to permanently delete your account.
3. The Timeline
Once a deletion request is authenticated and processed, your active operational data (including temporary access tokens, device sessions, and user profiles) will be permanently wiped from our live systems within 30 days.
Important Clarification on Tax Records: As outlined in our Privacy Policy, please note that statutory billing invoices containing historical "snapshots" of your organization's tax identity must be preserved for legal accounting compliance and will not be destroyed in this process.
