Welcome to MedEase. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the MedEase clinical CRM product, applications, and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Legal Entities
This contract is exclusively established between the user (or the registered organization) and the parent entity Aztreya Technologies Private Limited, inclusive of its registered subsidiaries and operational affiliates. All references to "MedEase", "we", "us", or "our" represent Aztreya Technologies Private Limited.
2. Organization & Branch Ownership (The "Rule of One")
The "Rule of One": For any given organizational workspace within MedEase, there is exactly one designated legally responsible entity.
We mandate that the designated billing "Owner" of the Organization is legally and financially responsible for all activities, data entries, and actions performed by any invited practitioners, administrators, receptionists, or staff members under their workspace. The Owner bears the sole obligation for ensuring their staff complies with all applicable healthcare and IT regulations.
3. Subscription & Billing Cycles
MedEase offers subscriptions structured into Standard and Professional tiers. Users may choose to be billed on a monthly or yearly cycle.
Changing Billing Preferences: Should you choose to switch your billing preference from Monthly to Yearly (or vice versa), MedEase will calculate a pro-rata credit of the unused remaining period from your last successful payment. This calculated credit will be applied immediately and automatically towards your new billing cycle.
4. No-Loophole Cancellation Policy
We maintain a strict and transparent refund framework to prevent abuse of discounted long-term plans.
Anti-Discount Hopping Clause: If you cancel a yearly discounted plan prematurely, refunds are calculated by deducting the standard non-discounted monthly rate for the months used, rather than applying a simple flat pro-rata division.
Example: If the standard monthly rate is ₹180/mo, and you purchased a discounted yearly plan for ₹1,500/yr, canceling after 2 months will result in a deduction of ₹360 (₹180 x 2) from your initial ₹1,500 payment, yielding a refund of ₹1,140. This ensures fair use of our volume discounting.
5. Limitation of Liability
Medical Disclaimer: MedEase is strictly a clinical Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, administrative tool, and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) recorder. It is not a diagnostic engine.
MedEase does not provide medical advice, formulate diagnoses, or prescribe treatments. Healthcare providers retain complete professional autonomy and liability for all medical decisions, diagnoses, and prescriptions generated or stored within the platform. In no event shall Aztreya be held liable for clinical outcomes, medical malpractice, or diagnostic errors.
